Why We Built Thorec

After years of working with executives on digital transformation, we kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant strategies undermined by broken decision-making processes.

Committees would meet endlessly, adding process without adding value. And when ROI didn´t meet expectations, there was no systematic learning. Causing the same cycle starting over.
